5th Year Trip to Glendalough
In October 2016, four 5th Year Religious Education classes took part in a spiritual journey through Glendalough. The journey was inspired by ‘The Way’, a story charting the journey of the Camino. Preparatory work was done in class. The day was spent walking, observing, listening and reflecting. On return, follow up reflection work was completed and students produced a thought provoking display on their journey.
On Wednesday, December 7th, all Higher Level 6th Year Irish classes attended the O’Reilly Theatre, Belvedere College to watch the drama ’An Triail’. 100 students and their four Irish teachers attended. It was very beneficial from a revision point of view and enjoyed by all.
