Dear Parent / Guardian,
It is time to nominate/ elect a new Board of Management for Maynooth Community College, to include one female and one male parent/ guardian representative. The term of office for the new Board will be 5 years and there are usually 5 meetings per school year. The procedure for selecting the parent / guardian representatives is to first seek nomination and then to hold an election only if more than one nomination is received.
Nominations should be submitted in writing on the relevant forms which are available through the link below. Nomination papers are also available from the school reception. The closing date for receipt of nomination papers is 4:00pm on Thursday 5th September 2024.
In the event of more than one nomination being received for these positions an election will be held on Friday 6th September from 8:00am to 4:00 pm in the school , procedures for same will follow.
