Dear Parent/Guardian,
Supervised study will resume for the coming academic year on Tuesday 20th of September 2022 for students in 3rd, 5th and 6thyear.
Study will take place from Monday to Thursday from 4.15pm to 6.00pm. Study will not take place when there is a Parent Teacher Meeting or Staff Meeting in the school. Please see school calendar document on our website for dates.
There will be a €200.00 fee for the year. This can be paid in two €100 instalments if necessary.
- The first term is from 20/09/2021 to 22/12/2022
- The second term is from 10/01/2022 to 26/05/2023
Students should attend every session each week where possible. Any student who cannot attend a session should inform reception. Students will only be allowed to leave a study session early if they have a written note in their journal from a parent/guardian requesting this. Students are expected to bring enough classwork with them each day to keep them on task during supervised study.
After the first week a register of students will be taken each day on the VSware system. Parents and Guardians have access to this system. This allows parents to monitor the students’ daily attendance at evening study.
